The Block co-host Shelley Craft is not one to shy away from supporting charitable causes, her latest ‘do good’ endeavour tying her great love of real estate and passion for property together.
As the celebrity ambassador for this year’s RSL Art Union major prize, a stunning $12.5m beachfront block located in Queensland, Shelley says whoever wins is set up for the perfect, idyllic beachfront lifestyle.
”Seriously this property is perfect for anybody full stop. It sits right on Tugun Beach, with views right from Surfers through to Coolangatta, it’s just an extraordinary property with so many options,” Shelley told Now to Love.
Boasting four professionally styled apartments including a luxury two level penthouse, it offers endless possibilities for beach lovers, each apartment offering uninterrupted ocean views, easy access to the beach and its own unique design persona.
”I think the beauty of this prize is that you don’t just win one home, or one apartment, you win the entire apartment block which is four apartments,” Shelley explains.
”So basically, with this $12.5m prize you can choose what you do with it, it really does set you up for the future.
”You can decide to rent some out, you can holiday let some, you can live in some, or you can even bounce between them all depending on whether you want to be a property mogul and run your own complex…there are just so many options with this prize.”
Shelley also noted that with this property, ”you couldn’t loose.”
”Ultimately with any property on the Gold Coast you can’t ever lose, the value of this property block is only going to boom over the next year.”
And when questioned on whether she could imagine moving in? No hesitation!
”I would 100% move in there, probably the penthouse,” Shelley admits.
”This really is the ultimate Christmas present, especially the penthouse, truly second to none.”
At $10 a ticket, all proceeds go directly to supporting veterans throughout Australia.
”It’s a cause that all Australians should get behind, a wonderful way to support an incredible cause.
”I am absolutely delighted and honoured to be the celebrity ambassador for the RSL Art Union this year.”
Tickets for the draw can be purchased here. The draw closes on Wednesday 14th December with the winner drawn on Wednesday 21st December.
