Michael Warren has told TV Week that it was ”no big deal” to get eliminated from Survivor only a few days in.
The sentiment was reflected after tribal council where he said that he wasn’t riled up by the outcome, just disappointed.
”I wanted to play survivor hard and without regrets and for the short time I was there that’s how I played,” Michael said in his parting confessional.
But despite this blasé attitude, Michael has a lot to say on his gameplay and his regrets (or lack thereof).
”Do I regret playing too hard too early? No, I don’t, absolutely not,” Michael told TV Week.

”I’d rather be known as a player that played hard than one that let things get on top of them.
Michael said that his gameplay consisted of going big or going home (which he did).
(IMAGE: Ten)”What I saw was players that weren’t playing the game, that were using it to lie on the beach. I’d much rather play the game of Survivor rather than have the game come to me.”
And that’s exactly what he did.
In previous interviews with fellow eliminated contestants Anjali and Mimi, both confessed what they really thought about Michaels on screen antics.
”He was just very unlikeable and came across as really weird and clingy, he was kind of obsessing over me, following me around trying to tell me that ‘journos stick together,”’ said Anjali.
”Michael let his emotions drive him. He just wasn’t coping with the situation. He played way too hard, literally on the first day he was trying to have conversations with everybody,” Mimi added.
As his torch was snuffed, fellow villain Jordie told him: ”You wigged out man, you let the chaos get to you and this is what happens.”
Mimi, Jordie and Anjali have all criticsed the way that Michael played the game.

”I wanted to play hard and take out my main threats, which I saw at the time were George and Simon. Nothing more, nothing less.”
‘It’s disappointing that I was voted out early but that’s Survivor you know, you live by the sword you die by the sword. It’s the nature of the game.
Despite his lack of Survivor experience, Michael has some parting wisdom for our remaining players: ”My advice to the villains is start playing the game, play hard, play no, otherwise what are you doing here?”
Question is, will Michael be returning to the beaches of Samoa?
”I have unfinished business out there,” Michael hints.
