Never before has the reality dating television series accepted a participant who is seeking love from a same-sex partner. Naturally, there has been some curiosity around Michael, particularly when he entered the Hen’s party – shocking all the soon-to-be MAFS brides.
Michael is 34 from Ohio.

However, the new groom Michael has been paired with is 26-year-old Stephen, a hairdresser from Perth.
As one of eight children, Stephen hails from a family-orientated, Italian background and doesn’t shy away from voicing his opinions. His last relationship ended four years ago, leaving him heartbroken after being cheated on. As a result, Stephen hopes to find a serious and monogamous relationship.
