Martha Kalifatidis and Michael Brunelli declared their love in their final vows on Married At First Sight Australia, but fans have continuously wondered whether they’re still together, even five years later.
When they confessed their love to each other on the show in 2019, Michael told Martha that he was willing to uproot his life in Melbourne and move to Bondi.
“My feelings for you are incredible and being apart from you has made me realise how much I need you in my life,” Michael said.
“I’m willing to give up everything I have to relocate for you. And there’s only one reason why I feel the way I do about you. And that’s because I love you. And there’s no-one else I’d spend my life with.”
Martha and Michael declared their love in the Final Vows of MAFS back in 2019.

Are Michael and Martha from MAFS still together?
Despite the occasional report of a break up during the earlier years of their relationship, Michael and Martha are still together and going stronger than ever.
After getting engaged in December 2021, the couple decided to head overseas for a little while – travelling to Europe for two months.

Will Martha and Michael get married… again?
Yes! The couple announced their engagement in December 2021, taking to Instagram to share the happy news and snaps of the sparkling ring.
Michael had Martha’s friends plan a Met Gala-themed party as a ruse to trick her into dressing up for the event, only for him to surprise her by getting down on one knee.
She realised what was happening and actually asked him not to pop the question because she didn’t think her outfit was chic enough, but he asked anyway and Martha (of course) said yes.
She said yes!
(Image: Instagram)The reality star later revealed the hefty price tag of her unique emerald cut ring, which Michael designed with Armans Fine Jewellery.
Speaking on KIIS FM’s Will & Woody, Martha admitted the ring, featuring a stunning yellow gold band, was “close, but just a bit under” $110,000.
As for wedding plans, the pair previously admitted it will be very different to their TV wedding on 2019’s season of Married at First Sight.
“I’m so grateful for our MAFS wedding, but it wasn’t my fairy tale,” Martha told Woman’s Day in 2018, adding that she’d rather have a smaller, more intimate event.

“They’ve seen the moment we first laid eyes one one another and they’ve followed our relationship, for everyone, a real marriage is naturally the next step,” he said.
They may also be planning an international wedding, the pair revealing in early 2022 that they had big plans to move overseas.
They announced their pregnancy in September 2022.

Yes! Martha and Michael welcomed their adorable son, Lucius Brunelli in February 2023.
Martha and Michael first announced their pregnancy in September 2022, after fans were concerned about Martha’s lack of posting on her Instagram page at the time. The couple explained her absence from social media was due to Martha’s pregnancy, and her severe sickness caused by a condition called hyperemesis gravidarum.
Martha and Michael shared some adorable photos together while they were pregnant, showing off Martha’s growing bump.
They welcomed their son, Lucius, on 27 February 2023 and ever since have provided fans with countless photos of the little cutie, and of their sweet family of three.
Lucius is the perfect addition to their family.

Much like loved-up MAFS duo Cam Merchant and Jules Robinson, Martha and Michael have been posting happy couple snaps for years – at least, if you call their various pranks and thirsty pics “happy.”
In May 2021, Michael shared a hilarious Instagram reel where he pranked Martha into thinking he’d shaved off his facial hair.
A horrified Martha wrote a number of flurried, concerned messages back to his Photo-Shopped image where a clean shaven (and very different-looking) Michael beams at the camera.
“This better be a joke,” was the crux of her messages.
Martha later commented on his video: “Voldemort has seen better days than you clean shaven… just saying.”
In February that year, after their season had aired in the UK and Ireland, Martha and Michael shared an update for their new generation of fans.
“So glad you enjoyed our MAFS journey! Yes! We’re still together almost 3 years later.”
The pair shared a cute Instagram pic confirming they were still together almost three years on since first meeting on the show.

On Michael’s 30th birthday, Martha shared a cute Instagram of herself and Michael along with a caption singing his praises.
“Happy Birthday babe. You’re everything to me. You’re already perfect but I can’t wait to see what you do in this next chapter. 30. Welcome to the club!”
The duo have also partaken in a number of collaborations as a unit, made all the more watchable given their roots in reality TV fame.

Michael shared a public post in support of Martha’s mum Mary as she entered the Big Brother house in early 2021.
