Married At First Sight star Sarah Roza has been spotted getting rather cosy with none other than Bachelor In Paradise’s Michael Turnbull.
In a series of photos published by the Daily Mail, the duo proved their relationship woes were no longer as they enjoyed a stroll through the streets of Melbourne of Friday.
The beauty therapist, 39, and the former soccer player, 36, reportedly bumped into each other at a local dental clinic. Once outside, they were pictured as they walked toward their cars where they took the opportunity to exchange numbers, embrace and even share a friendly kiss.
Sarah opted for an off-the-shoulder striped dress by Bardot for the casual rendezvous. She completed the nautical-inspired look with cherry red patent leather pumps, coordinating tassel earrings and a large black handbag.
Michael, on the other hand, appeared laid back in a quilted jacket, distressed jeans and pitch black trainers by Nike.
The real estate professional recently opened up about his love life away from the spotlight, admitting that it’s difficult to begin dating once again after such an experience.
“I’m just taking a moment for myself right now. I’m recalibrating after the show,” he told Now To Love following his shock exit from the inaugural season of BIP.
“It’s hard to date after shows like this. You get so many messages from girls but it’s hard to filter the good ones and the ones who are messaging because you were on a show.”
He added: “It’s challenging.”
Hmm, we could think of someone else facing a similar set of post-reality-tv-dating-show challenges…
Married At First Sight viewers everywhere were gunning for Sarah Roza and her tv ‘husband’ Telv Williams to go the distance, but sadly it wasn’t meant to be.
Taking to Instagram, Sarah recently confirmed they had in fact chosen to go their separate ways.
“On the back of what has been such an extraordinary experience it is with great heartache, regret and sadness that Telv and are no longer together,” she wrote.
“As you undoubtedly saw, my heart was completely committed to this before I even met my husband and it was absolutely set on fire once I did meet him.”
She then went on to (albeit vaguely) detail what went wrong in the couple’s relationship, stating that she is only able to “heal” because of the love and support she is receiving from her friends and family.
“Being surrounded by friends and family is providing a safe haven for me now. This is so I can heal and continue to carry on living a upstanding and happy life.”
“An experiment like this forces you to reveal exactly who you are. For me, I’m so proud of my resilience, decency, compassion and my loyalty,” she continued.
“I know that nobody is perfect yet I am at that stage in my life where the foundation of basic respect and support from my partner is crucial. As a woman I know what I truly deserve and I just can’t allow my innate standards to be compromised.”
“I truly wish only the absolute best for Telv because I undoubtedly will always love and care very deeply for him, but ultimately I deserve someone who shares the same life goals and aspirations as I do.”
We wish both Sarah and Michael all the best in their quest for love!
