They’ve gone from ‘I’m A Celebrity’ to ‘I’m a parent-of-two’ in the blink of an eye.
Indeed, former I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here reality stars Lauren Brant and Barry Hall have announced they are expecting their second child, and we’re well and truly chuffed for them.

The pair, who met on the hit reality series in 2015, told a local publication (https://www.who.com.au/lauren-brant-barry-hall-pregnant-baby-2|target=”_blank”|rel=”nofollow”)* that they were overjoyed by the news.
Lauren revealed the couple had been trying for a baby, especially so they could give Miller, their 18-month old son, a sibling.
“It’s great news, it’s a good time to give little Miller a little sibling,” she said.
“It was a bit stressful trying initially but everyone’s advice about not trying is good, because as soon as we stopped thinking about it, we got pregnant.”

But will Miller be getting a young brother or sister?
Well, we’ve already got the answer – being 15 weeks along, the parents-to-be have already found out the sex of the baby – a boy.
And despite being thrilled that Miller will have a younger brother, former AFL star Hall admitted he wouldn’t have minded a girl.
“I wanted a little girl but we’re also mindful that it’s hard to have kids, so as long as it’s healthy, we’re happy,” he said.
Better yet, it seems the couple might not stop at two children.
We’ve always had four kids planned, we’re so excited to have baby number two, but we’re super busy with Miller too,” Barry explained.
It’s been a big year for the former Sydney Swans player, who was sacked from his job at radio station Triple M after he made an inappropriate remark about another man’s pregnant wife.
The station’s head of content spoke about the situation at the time: “Tonight on Triple M Football there were unacceptable and inappropriate comments made by a member of the commentary team.”
“The commentator was removed immediately from the broadcast and an apology was issued on air afterwards. Immediate action was taken with the termination of employment for one team member.”
Barry admitted to Who that he regretted making the joke and that he “did lose a fair bit financially,” after being sacked.
“I never meant to cause offence,’ he explained. ‘I was trying to be funny and it just backfired on me.”
And with a new baby now on the way, it seems the couple are putting the past behind them and focussing on the future.
Earlier this week, Lauren posted a picture of the family-of-three (and soon to be four!) on Instagram writing: “Family photos are a little rare these days with Barry living in Melbourne… but if any of you saw any newspapers around Aus today you would have seen we have been working hard.”
She finished by saying: “It’s been tough and I am so proud of my little family as we take on this next chapter of our lives.”
