For those not up to speed with last night’s episode, spoilers will be below, so you have been warned!

After securing his own immunity idol after some searching in the roots of trees close to the villains camp, George told the camera (and fans watching at home) that he would get the idol tattooed on his body, to match his already existing tattoo of the idol he found in Survivor Brains vs Brawns.

And by God, he’s done it!

George shocked fans and production staff when he revealed that he had gotten his immunity idol from Brains vs Brawns tattooed around his neck.

Speaking with TV Week shortly after receiving the tattoo, George admitted that finding the idols in both seasons of the game made him feel like he was ”on top of the world.”

“In Brains v Brawn, there was one night toward the end when I was talking to Dani Beale about her tattoos. I told her: ‘when I get back to Bankstown, I’m going to get some Survivor tattoos.’

”She didn’t believe me, but then I got my first tattoo at 32 when I had emoji symbols of my Brains and Fire tribes put onto my forearm.”

George then went on to add: ”When I was getting ready to go to Samoa [for Heroes vs Villains], I didn’t tell a soul about the idol tattoo on my chest tattoo – it was the ultimate blindside of both production and the players.”

For the polarising player, who refers to himself as Survivor’s ”greatest ever villain”, the tattoos mean more to him than just a symbol of his Survivor strategy.

”My Survivor tattoos literally reflect some of the proudest achievements in my life,” George told us.

So it comes as no surprise that George got the immunity idol he found in episode three of Heroes vs Villains also tattooed on his body.

”Finding an idol on Survivor to me is like going to the Olympics or winning a Premiership, you feel amazing, and every day when I look into the mirror it is a reminder of just how proud and grateful I am to have had Survivor make such a positive impact on my life.

”I promised Australia on national TV that my Villains idol would join its sister from the Outback permanently on my body…. And I always deliver on my promises!

The first tattoo ‘hangs’ around George’s neck, much like his immunity idol originally did in his first season, whilst the new tattoo is on his hand, as the new immunity idol is not a necklace.

Both tattoos were created by the very talented team at Black Jade Tattoo Studio in Bankstown who George says made ”very detailed” and ”exact representations” of both his idols.

Something tells us that these two tattooes will soon be joined by others…

”Tattoos are great ways to express yourself creatively and more importantly body positivity. My idol tattoos make me feel empowered and confident. I love them…. And I can’t wait to get more!”

”My two tattooed idols are there to protect me forever.”

The only question that now remains is if George has any further tattoos to reveal… because something tells us this master player is only just getting started.
