From the moment Farmer Ben met Leish their connection was palpable. After spending 24 hours together at the farm, she was clearly the frontrunner for Ben’s heart.
For the remaining women, Maddison and Lauren, Ben and Leish’s compatibility was already a lot to contend with – especially after they caught Leish sneaking into Ben’s room at night!
This week on Farmer Wants a Wife, the girls and the farmers are in for a shock when Samantha Armytage shows up with two new suitors for each farmer.

is the last thing he was hoping for.
“I already had my connections growing and taking off with the original girls,” Farmer Ben, 27, tells TV WEEK. “I was really taken aback by it, but it’s all part of the experience.”
Not long after Ben meets his two new women, he’s shocked by the instant connection he finds with one of them.
“We hit it off from the word go. She just cracked me up with everything she came out with. I just thought, ‘yeah, this is a person I need to get back to the farm and get to know’,” he shares.
Ben finds himself struggling to work out how best to navigate this difficult new situation.
(Image: Seven)“It was a very similar thing that I first had with Leish,” he says, clearly a bit torn. “We just got along straight away.
It’s left me very much in limbo.”
While it’s all part and parcel of being on Farmer Wants A Wife, Ben finds himself struggling to work out how best to navigate this difficult new situation.
“It’s not a normal dating circumstance. We’re there for the purpose of finding a wife and sometimes we have to put aside feelings. It’s something I’ve found pretty hard to get used to,” he says.
“Driving to the farm with the new girl, I was really nervous. I didn’t know how the girls would take it, and I knew Leish would be taken aback.
“She’s gorgeous, so she was obviously a threat to the other girls, and having that extra 24 hours with her – it was more time than I’d spent with any of the other girls, except Leish.”
When Leish sees the obvious connection that Ben has with the newcomer, she can’t help but let the tears flow. Has their happily ever after come to an abrupt end already?
