We’re still reeling from the bombshell break up between Love Island‘s Grant Crapp and Tayla Damir, but it looks like someone has Grant’s back.
Everyone’s favourite reality TV villain Dean Wells, who found fame on this year’s season of Married At First Sight has shared an Instagram post of him and the unfortunately-named Mr Crapp. And despite all the haters, Grant has one ally.
“Saw this online today. Welcome to the club brother hahah! @grant_crapp #loveisland At least you kept Australia entertained! Thats what its all about in the end. Some people may take it all a bit too seriously but dont worry about all that. Just have fun with it mate. #squadgoals #bde.”
Grant admitted before Love Island went to air that if he had a connection with someone who was already coupled up, he’d step on that guy’s toes, even if it was a friend.
“I’d have to go there and try because otherwise I’d die wondering. He’d have to obviously understand that I’m going to do it either way. If it happens it happens, if it doesn’t, I’ll deal with it.”
This guy clearly loves a bit of drama, it was revealed that Grant had been in a long-term relationship with personal trainer Lucy Cartwright right before entering the show, after previously claiming he had been single for two years.
And let’s not forget all that drama with Cassidy!
Dean certainly kept Australia entertained in this year’s series of MAFS when he scandalously cheated on his ‘wife’ Tracey Jewel with fellow contestant, Davina Rankin. Though speaking to TV WEEK, the reality star denied it.
“In my mind, I didn’t cheat. I only met with Davina to discuss how we weren’t happy with our partners. It did get a little bit romantic, and I did have thoughts of leaving Tracey.”
“But we never kissed on the lips or were intimate in anyway. I wasn’t completely honest with Tracey, but I didn’t cheat on her.”
