It’s the Married At First Sight and Beauty and the Geek crossover no one asked for.
Season five MAFS ‘villain’ Dean Wells has shared a kiss with BATG alum Aimee Woolley.
And no, they weren’t papped locking lips in a bar, in fact, the stars hard launched their kiss directly to Instagram.

Dean was quick to respond, replying: “Haha I’m def not a geek babe 😏.”
Needless to say, the coupling garnered mixed reactions from Aimee’s followers.

The Tasmanian-born beauty was paired with martial arts expert Jayden for the show. And while their relationship was purely platonic – save for one photoshoot kiss – this season did give MAFS a run for its money with the amount of budding romances between beauties and geeks.
While the pairing failed to make it to the end, Aimee said she will always hold the experience “close to (her) heart”.
“BATG has showed me that there are more to people than just looks and that there are really kind-hearted people out there.”

Meanwhile, reality TV fans will remember Dean as the season five MAFS ‘villain’ who famously ‘cheated’ on his on-screen wife Tracey Jewel with another bride.
His kiss with Aimee comes 10 months after he gushed over his model girlfriend Kirby Delaney.
“We started hanging out pre the first Covid outbreak in 2020 but were kept apart due to lockdowns and restrictions,” Dean began an Instagram tribute.
“We stayed in contact through all the madness, reconnected, and despite all the strange disruptions in 2021, have managed to keep it going.”
Dean shared a tribute to his girlfriend Kirby in October 2021.
