Nestling themselves as a firm new addition into: Reality TV’s worst kept secrets – Davina Rankin and Ryan Gallagher have finally left Married At First Sight.
Last night the duo, unsurprisingly, voted “leave” during the MAFS commitment ceremony.
While this entire season has been the definition of DRAMA, Sunday night’s episode was rather tame.
Taking a seat with Australia’s answer to Dr Phil: experts Melanie Schilling, Dr. Trisha Stratford and John Aiken, the ill-matched bride and groom discussed why they did not find “happily ever after”.
And it’s over!
As you’d guess, it came down to the fact that Davina had an affair with Tracey Jewel’s hubby church-goer Dean Wells.
“Well, I figured I haven’t put you through enough hell yet,” she began, alluding to a “stay” decision.
“You’re going to hate me,” she joked before saying, “I’m kidding! I’m leaving.”
Despite not wanting Ryan, the bikini model remarked, “You are the absolute life of the party and you make everyone’s smile and it’s definitely bittersweet to be leaving.”
“Ryan is so lovable, I know he’s going to have no trouble in the outside world finding himself his Sheila, his farm girl,” she gushed.
And Ryan seemed to agree, saying, “The journey’s been fantastic. I’ve had a ball!”

Ryan and Davina may have ended on a happy note, but Tracey left some choice words for the woman that came between her and her man.
“I obviously have a girl code and I treat females in quite high esteem,” she began.
“It’s very hard for me to wrap my head around how a female can do that to another female.”
Davina tried to defend herself, saying, “The girl code means a lot to me, but at the end of the day, I came here to fall in love.”
“All I was doing was being true to myself and I thought I was pursuing a mutual connection from what I was being told.”
The mum-of-one has since admitted she’s forgiven Davina for the affair.

While all the other couples proved to be steering a slightly calmer ship, Troy Delmege decided to completely go bonkers when he declared he was in love with wife Ashley Irvin.
And the Twittersphere realised we’d seen this behavious before.
Troy was channeling Tom Cruise’s infamous 2005 Oprah interview when he proudly announced he was in love with Katie Holmes.

“‘m in love with Ashley right now, yes… You’re stunning, you’re a stunning girl,” Troy gushed.
Fans were waiting for the 35-year-old to jump up and down on the couch.
“Troy is one commitment ceremony away from a Tom Cruise-like showing,” one person joked.
Sadly for Troy, Ash isn’t as certain with her feelings.
“I’m not sure how I feel. Obviously, there is something there… I guess I do have some feelings for him.”
