It’s been nearly one year since Married At First Sight star Cyrell Paule welcomed her first child with her Love Island star partner, Eden Dally.
And as Boston’s first birthday fast approaches, the reality TV star is taking a moment to reflect on all that she’s achieved during the first 12 months of motherhood – starting from the moment she gave birth.
On Sunday evening, the mother-of-one took to Instagram to share an incredibly powerful video from Boston’s delivery.
In the footage, which you can watch in the player above, Cyrell can be seen in the final stages of labour as she pushes with all her might to get her son out.
“No pain can compare. But the magic that comes at the end. Makes it all worth it. The female body is phenomenal. How bout that scream though. #almosthisfirstbirthday #themagicofpregnancy @bostonejdally,” she captioned the post.
The raw and real birth footage quickly struck a chord with mothers and fans alike.
One fan commented: “The female body is incredible, would love men to have to deal with half the stuff we do!!!”
“Woman are so phenomenal and strong ❤️❤️ great job mama !! Almost a year already for yous aw well done guys xx,” a second said.
“I’ve had 3 babies and every time I say I’m never doing it again. I’m going to stick to that now 😂😂 they’re worth it though,” another laughed.
“Thank you for sharing this incredible moment with us 😘love the scream at the end 😂😂,” another fan exclaimed.
The MAFS alumni, who was dubbed “Cyclone Cyrell” on the show, most recently returned to our screens for the Married At First Sight Grand Reunion special, where she clashed with Jessika Power.
According to the 31-year-old, Jessika had been taunting Cyrell and her young family over claims she only had a baby with Eden as a “publicity stunt.”
The pair’s long-running feud came to a climax when Cyrell threw her wine in Jessika’s face.
“When it comes to defending your family, I don’t think there’s any limit towards that,” the reality star explained shortly after the incident.
Cyrell and Eden announced the birth of their son in mid-February last year.
Cyrell’s labour lasted four hours, and the pair were relieved to learn the baby was perfectly healthy.
“He’s so cute, I’m already obsessed with him,” the new mum said at the time.
Eden added: “It’s so surreal, I’m just looking at him knowing that we created this little baby.”
