It may be a new fitness routine, plastic surgery or just ageing, but these iconic Big Brother Australia stars have all undergone massive transformations since their time on TV.
Some have shed almost half their body weight, while others have embraced a new look with drastic cosmetic makeovers.
Either way, these before and after photos have to be seen to be believed.

This blonde bombshell looks very different these days than she did when she first bounced onto our TV screens on Big Brother. In the years since she’s undergone a rhinoplasty, lip filler and cheek filler, as well as a breast augmentation and reconstruction after the first surgery was botched.

Speaking about her transformation in a YouTube video, the star said she still struggles with insecurities and doesn’t want other women to compare themselves to her. She added: “I’m not real. If you’re looking at me thinking ‘f*ck she’s perfect’, I have had my nose, I’ve had my boobs, I’ve had my lips, I’ve whitened by teeth, I’ve coloured by hair, I wear fake tan, there’s a lot of peacocking.”

Chrissie has undergone a huge transformation in the almost 20 years since she first graced our TV screens, shedding half her bodyweight and embracing a new fit lifestyle that has her looking and feeling great.

Though she looks very familiar, Tully has undergone a subtle makeover – she had her “buck teeth” corrected by a cosmetic dentist in 2017. “For so long my buck teeth made me self conscious about smiling,” she confessed in a sponsored post at the time. “Now that they’re straight and white, smiling selfies are my new thing.”

Tilly Whitfield, season 13
She’d already had a few cosmetic tweaks when she starred on BB and has added to them since, the star confessing to having lip filler, Botox and more. She explained on Instagram that she wants to be open about her makeover for a reasion, writing: “I really want to normalise people with a platform informing their audience about what cosmetic surgeries and procedures they’ve had done.”

She was one of the BB originals and after winning hearts with her cheeky “bum dance” on the show, Sara Marie went on to shed some weight and embrace darker hair. Now a happy mum, she’s also ditched her iconic bunny ears.

After struggling with insecurities in her teens, Jess underwent a number of cosmetic procedures before she starred on Big Brother VIP. She spent a reported $60,000 on everything from a fat transfer treatment on her breasts to shiny porcelain veneers.
