After a gruelling season of Big Brother, with many broken alliances, blindsides, and even house romances, it has all come to a climatic end as the official winner has been crowned – and it’s Reggie Sorensen again!
While this season had both Big Brother royalty and completely fresh faces enter the house. In the end, only one OG made it to the epic finale.
Previous winner Reggie Sorensen earned a place in the final three along with two newbies – Big Brother super-fan Johnson Ashak and musician Taras Hrubyj-Piper.
The live final episode saw all the former housemates reunite and reminisce about their Big Brother journey.
Meanwhile, the final three were all grilled by host Sonia Kruger about their key moments, and why they deserved to win.
In the end, it all came down to a public vote, and host Sonia named Reggie the winner of Big Brother 2022 and $250,000.

The result won’t come a surprise to fans after Sportsbet predicted Reggie to take out top spot.
With odds of $1.42, the betting site predicted the returning housemate would win the competition.
Meanwhile, Johnson sat in the runner-up position, with odds of $3.75, while musician Taras was predicted to come third, with odds of $10.
Many long-time Big Brother fans were hoping Reggie would take out the win and prize money, especially considering the reality TV alum has been dealt quite a bad hand since leaving the show the first time.
A year after her win in 2003, Reggie was diagnosed with a degenerative eye condition called retinitis pigmentosa and is now legally blind.
The reality star also suffered a stroke in 2017 as a result of a heart condition, was swindled out of her money, and nearly faced eviction.
What’s more, Reggie’s youngest son Lucas is currently grappling with cystic fibrosis.
