In 2021, the show is all about awakening the Geeks to reveal their inner confidence by showing them their worth with help from their kind-hearted beauties.
While we love watching the Geeks discover their confidence, there’s no denying a head-to-toe transformation can be just as helpful for boosting one’s self-esteem.
Of course, the show’s host Sophie Monk is ever the funny woman with her earnest reactions, and the Beauties really give their vocal cords a workout when they enthusiastically cheer on the boys through wide eyes.

Kiran: before
Kiran started the show with long hair and a beard. He wore a few different button-ups with hoodies – which, of course, looked super comfy.

Whoa! How’s this for a transformation? The Beauties couldn’t contain their excitement, and by the look on Kiran’s face, he seems pretty happy with his new vibe, too. The 30-year-old oozed confidence in his new look, complete with more defined facial hair, a shorter hairstyle with fades on the side and a tapered grey suit.
“It felt amazing getting to see the result of all this hard work and effort by so many different people all for my benefit. I felt so humbled and grateful for the entire experience,” he told WHO of his makeover.
