โ€œWhy would someone like me, a mum, be able to take on a course like SAS?โ€ she hypothetically asks in a voiceover.

โ€œI donโ€™t think the public will think Iโ€™ll go very far in this. I want to prove them wrong.โ€

Anna also revealed she signed up for the show for her family, particularly her daughter, Elle.

โ€œThe one thing I want to give my daughter โ€“ if I tell her that she can do something, I want to believe it in myself,โ€ she tearily admits on-screen.

The trailer also shows Anna trying to break out of a moving vehicle and leaping from a helicopter into a freezing lake below.

โ€œEvery man and every woman is capable of more than they could ever know,โ€ chief instructor Ant Middleton says.

โ€œI donโ€™t want to give up. This course is going to be life-changing,โ€ Anna adds.

Much like Jana Pittman, who competed on the show this year, Anna began training for the show just a few months after Elle was born. With filming kicking off in October, Anna was competing on the show 11 months after giving birth.

Anna said she is doing the course for her family.

โ€œTim encouraged me [to do the show]. It was definitely something I never thought Iโ€™d be doing, there was just no way. Itโ€™s so far out of my comfort zone,โ€ Anna previously said.

When the new cast was confirmed in October, Tim revealed on Instagram that heโ€™d been working out with Anna.

โ€œSo proud of my girl for going ALL IN on this,โ€ the star wrote on Instagram. โ€œHowever she goes itโ€™s been such an incredible journey even to this point.โ€

The former Neighbours star went on to admit he โ€œenjoyedโ€ bossing Anna around to train โ€“ boxing together to work on her strength.

โ€œI must admit though I have enjoyed ordering her around and shouting โ€˜get up and go again!, but I wonโ€™t miss the blows to the head sheโ€™s been delivering in our boxing training,โ€ he said at the time.

โ€œWhatever happens Daddy and Elle are extremely proud, slightly jealous, but also slightly relieved that itโ€™s not us.โ€
