In news that will quite literally warm your heart, Gogglebox‘s Angie Kent is about to make a dazzling return to our screens as the next Bachelorette, and the new season looks like it’ll be the sweetest yet.
Making our hump day approximately 100 times better was Channel Ten’s brand new trailer dropping for the upcoming series, which is expected to air in the very near future.
In the adorable teaser clip, which you can view in the player above, Australia has officially got its first sneak peek of the blonde Queenslander in her element as she prepares to tackle the dating game like never before.
In true form, the trailer starts with Angie sitting cuddled up on her couch with her pup.
Staring at the screen with a clear air of boredom, Angie turns to her dog and states what we’ve thought many, many times about ourselves: “Oh Buddy, where’s my man at?!”
Parked up comfortably on the couch on a Wednesday night? Sounds like us.
(Channel Ten)As though she were waiting, Angie’s best pal and Gogglebox co-star Yvie Jones ~magically~ appears on the screen, apparently ready to rescue Angie from her man-rut.
“I’m going to make your dreams come true,” Jones says majestically, and we can’t blame Angie for blindly trusting her word.
Cute! Gogglebox‘s Yvie appears as Angie’s fairy godmother.
(Channel Ten)Standing up with the purpose we could only expect from a wo-man on a mission, Angie is ready for action.
With a flick of her wand, Yvie changes Angie’s t-shirt and ugg boots combo to a sparkling red dress and a pair of killer heels to boot.
“Hot damn, I look good,” Angie declares.
Yea you do, girl!

According to a new statement from Channel Ten, Angie’s idea of Prince Charming isn’t your run-of-the-mill tall, dark and handsome.
“Laughter and passion! I want a man just to laugh with, to share each other’s lives with. Just to be happy together,” she candidly revealed.
Angie’s not looking for someone with a little something extra.
(Getty)Back in June, both Angie and Osher divulged some details on the drama unfolding in the Bachelorette mansion at the TVWEEK Logie Awards.
Mid-way through filming at the time, the mansion was apparently rife with drama (to be expected, of course!).
Osher revealed to TVWEEK that at one point, the dramz had escalated so much that Angie had lined the guys up and told them: “If any of you bully anyone else you are out!'”
Angie confessed that she felt like she’d “frightened them” following the tense moment, but that aside, she was determined to find her special someone.
“I think I need to back off after that that,” she said.
“I’ve preached this really fun side, and I feel like I need to bring out the fun, dorky Angie.”
Going by this new trailer, it seems she’s done exactly that! We can’t wait!
