This week on Neighbours, tensions run high as Paul zones in on the events that led to David’s (Takaya Honda) tragic death.

While Eden (Costa D’Angelo) is clearly the killer after he escaped from prison to ambush his ex, Krista (Majella Davis), only to kill David while on the warpath, David’s grieving father Paul (Stefan Dennis) is adamant that Krista is responsible for bringing Eden into their lives in the first place and is therefore just as culpable.

“Krista can see that she played a part,” Majella tells TV WEEK. “But she had no malicious intent and deep down she knows that it’s not her that is to be blamed.”

Krista is also struggling with an immense amount of guilt and is left devastated when Paul bans her from attending the funeral.

“Getting dismissed from the funeral was extremely painful,” she says. “Particularly hearing it come from Leo. That hurt the most.”

Paul accuses Krista.

The former love interests, Leo and Krista, reunite in a sweet moment of grief despite their strained relationship and he changes his tune, inviting her to the wake. When Krista arrives at the wake, she is met with hostility from Paul and in an impulsive rage, he lashes out at the mother to be.

“Could you imagine having Paul Robinson yell at you in front of everyone you know?” Majella says. “A very scary moment for anyone.”

That is until Sadie (Emerald Chan) steps in to reveal that Paul in fact has no leg to stand on and berates him for his hypocritical tirade, revealing something that no one saw coming.

What does Sadie have on Paul? And what does it have to do with David’s death?
