You can’t have a bachelor without a herd of bachelorettes and season three provided so much joy.

Sam Wood and Snezana Markoski may be completely smitten and ready to start their own family, but it did take over 22 contestants to get theier fairytale ending.

It’s only fitting that we catch up with last year’s fan favourites to ask
whether they have any advice for the new ladies

Sandra Rato was last year’s “loud and funny” girl. “A lot of the time I was referred to by the public and those horrible trolls as being obnoxious and attention seeking because I was the “chubby” one in the house,” she recalls. But she had the last laugh, looking sizzling after loosing a whooping 12kgs.

She attributes her weight loss to a Mediterranean diet, yoga and spin classes. She says she’s “still looking” for her Prince Charming.

Her advice to the season four ladies? “Don’t allow ugly trolls to get to you.” Watch Sandra on The Bachelor last year. Post continues after the gallery
