Who would believe that a little over five weeks ago, 14 guys would be vying for the affections of Australia’s very first Bachelorette Sam Frost.
Some sizzled, while others fizzled.
While Sam had the tough job of finding true love, we had the even tougher job of checking out some of the very eligible bachelors who didn’t quite make the cut.
Ahead of tonight’s exciting finale between the season’s two front runners Sasha and Michael, take a look back at the other blokes who weren’t lucky enough to win Sam’s affections!
After Blake Garvey stomped on Sam Frost’s heart, The Bachelor family banded together. The perfect cure for broken heart was a serving of 14 piping hot suitors, making Sam the very first Aussie Bachelorette!
For the past five weeks we’ve watched Sam narrow it down to two potential guys, Sasha and Michael. But we can’t forget about some of our favourite (and controversial) Bachelors.
Poor, sweet Richie Strahan, 30, just missed out on his chance of being in Sam’s final two because he wasn’t able to articulate his feelings.
But it looks like the Perth local has thrown himself back into life in the real world. While the professional abseiler isn’t working, you can find him rocking bandages, hanging with his dog and catching a wave. Ladies, he is single! Cool bananas indeed!
Alex Cameron, 35, made it all the way to the top four, including home visits… but Sam decided to leave him there!
The dashing Brit has dealt with the heartbreak the best way he knows how: Hanging with fellow Bachelor Dave, tanning and cuddling cute babies! “I absolutely still believe in love, meeting Sam will reenergise that for me. Fingers crossed love is just around the corner!” he says.
Oh dear, sweet Dave! The 30-year-old who won us over with that cheeky smile and his dependable awkwardness. Sadly Sam (in Dave’s words) “put me in the friend zone!”
Dave has found solace in fellow Bachie and new bestie, Davey and pop princess, Samantha Jade. Don’t worry folks – he’s available! “I’m very single. Samantha Jade and myself . . . We’re good friends!”
Self-proclaimed “Girlfriend Guy”, Davey Lloyd ,25, became just a guy without a girlfriend.
The show’s youngest contestant might be single but he is loving life with his former Bachie housemates. On the side he likes to turn the tables and give out the roses instead!
Oh boy, where do we begin with 31-year-old “I’m an international model” David Witko?
His less-than model behaviour saw him booted from the show, but he’s dealing by taking selfies, checking himself out, practicing his blue steel and catching up with ex-Bachelor contestants, including Sandra!
Just a reminder that Sam Frost got to date ALL these guys!
