The brunette beauty has certainly been entertaining as she and her seasoned radio co-host, Rove McManus took to the airwaves for their first breakfast show on 2DayFM.
Unlike her veteran co-anchor, it sounded like the 26-year-old was a bundle of giggles, nerves and all topped off with the occasional snort.
Sam and Rove kicked off their debut with a star-studded line up including Coldplay frontman, Chris Martin.
And Sasha’s girlfriend was completely star struck.
While Rove hit it off with Gwyneth’s ex, it seemed like Sam wasn’t going to get a rose from Chris.
Sam began her radio career asking Chris, “How nervous were you about the song being leaked?”
The 38-year-old quickly replied, “To be honest Sam, I wasn’t worried at all. I didn’t think about it until you just mentioned it.”
The flustered Bondi girl moved on to ask about the band’s upcoming Aussie tour.
“Can I be there? I’ll be front row with some strobes and flicking them all around,” she gushed.
Awkwardly Chris admitted he didn’t know when the tour would commence.
Using his interviewing expertise, Rove ended the interview by thanking Chris for joining them.
In the end, the dad-of-two was on board with the newly-formed duo saying, “You guys are very sweet. Thanks a lot, we’ll see you soon!”
It wasn’t all flashy guests and huge interviews, Sam also took us back to her Bachie days admitting she wet herself while on a whale watching date with former soccer player Michael Turnbull.
“I jumped off the boat onto the ground,” she recalled. “The pressure made me, a little bit, wee in my pants.
“No, I actually wet my pants.”
Speaking of the Bachelorette runner-up, the Sydney-based beauty had some frosty words for the soccer player, who joked that they still message, despite Sam having a boyfriend.
“Excuse me? Whether it’s said in jest or not, suggesting I’m sneaking around my partner’s back is offensive and disrespectful to both Sasha and myself,” she fumed online, adding, “Get a grip Turnbull!”
With Sam’s “tell it how it is” personality, along with Rove’s experience – we expect the two will be a well-oiled machine in no time!
