It would seem that Thursday night’s episode of The Bachelor Australia will be make or break for Alex and Richie.
The blonde beauty has been open about her single mum status ever since the very first cocktail party, but could the latest promo indicate that it might be too much too soon for the handsome rope technician?
In what looks to be some one-on-one time at tonight’s cocktail party, Alex brings some photos of her five-year-old son Elijah, with the intention for Richie to become better acquainted the main man in her life.
“I want you to be able to put a name to a face,” the 24-year-old says as she reaches for the family album stashed behind her.
Upon seeing the images within, Richie, 30, looks noticeably flustered.
The tradie’s shock couldn’t be masked.
Alex, who clearly noticed the tradie’s suddenly nervous demeanour, speaks only to the camera when she says: “Maybe I made it too real.”
Cut back to their conversation, and Richie begins to explain his feelings. “Never have I been in this situation in my life,” he says.
“I need to decide if I’m ready for that.”
