While she loves to cook, it looks like Lynzey Hughes, part of the My Kitchen Rules NSW father daughter duo has another impressive talent – she is incredibly fit!
When we first met Lynzey , her dad Robert describes her as a “champion athlete”. While we thought he may have been a little biased, it turns out she is a real competitor, and this video proves it!
In a video uploaded to Fitbuds, Lynzey shows off her incredible strength, doing more than 10 chin ups in under a minute, barely breaking a sweat!
The 23-year-old fitness fanatic, who is an occupational therapy student, also runs her own personal training business.
After scoring a perfect 10 for entrée at their instant restaurant, it looks like Lynzey and her dad are the team to beat!
In fact, it was Lynzey’s passion for cooking that got them on the show!
“From the time Lynzey was two years old until right now, when your little girl looks up at you and says, ‘Daddy, will you do this with me,’ you say yes. It was her idea and I was just doing it for her. So I’m gonna dance with the one that brung me,” Robert said.
After what they delivered at their instant restaurant, and seeing the endurance Lynzey displayed in the fitness video – we can expect great things from Team NSW!
