Adelaide mums Jessica, 38, and Bree, 32, have won the grand finale of My Kitchen Rules and pocketed $250,000.
The feisty duo served cold defeat to gourmet travellers and best friends Chloe and
Kelly, both 28, in a highly emotional and nerve-racking kitchen showdown in
front of family, friends and previously eliminated contestants.
While both teams got off to a solid start, it was the crafty South Australian cooks who

came out on top, plating up a near faultless menu of seafood and Italian inspired dishes.
Their five-course dinner featured a beetroot carpaccio with cured salmon, open scallop
lasagne, spiced squab with heirloom carrots and pomegranate jus, ouzo and
tomato braised lamb with wild greens, potatoes and consomme and a deconstructed
chocolate and rhubarb tart.
Bree and Jessica received a combined score of 54 out of 60 from the judges, while an
often opinionated Chloe and Kelly scored 52.
“I just can’t believe how far we’ve come. I’m so proud of us,” Bree said.
