Jess, Dave, Craig and Andy’s marriages might have come to a screeching end but the three remaining couples on Channel Nine’s Married At First Sight all agreed to stay with their pseudo spouses on last night’s finale.
However as Woman’s Day previously reported, their newfound love didn’t last very long.
“The final three couples made it to decision day, but called it quits weeks after,” our source explained. “It was such a disaster the producers didn’t even bother filming the three-month catch up – there was no point,” our insider added.
And on Tuesday night, Clare Verrall from last year’s MAFS took to Twitter to lift the lid on the show.
“EVERYONE, there is no 3 month catch up as they all broke up within weeks. Many of them have new partners now & can’t wait to move on,” she fumed.
“Crew told us at our catch ups as this season was filmed straight after ours. They said it was a s–t show.”
“The ‘experts’ don’t make the matches, the executive producer does. There is no psychology behind these matches at all,” Clare, who split from partner Jono early on, raged.
Nicole and Keller
They’re relationship has been tumultuous to say the least with Nicole threatening to leave her husband after he went MIA on a boozy night out. But despite their challenges, Nicole shocked viewers when she revealed she wanted to stay with her man.
“There’s been some challenges they’ve been thrown at us recently that put some doubts in my mind,” she explained.
“I’ve been thinking about the doubts that I’ve had recently and I’ve decided that you really let me down. And I’m sorry but… you’re gonna have to put up with me with a little bit longer.”
A relieved Keller was stoked to hear her choice. “I think that it would be crazy for us to not continue this relationship together. I’m head over heels for ya and I’ve never felt this way about a girl before, so I think it’d be crazy not to.”
Where are they now?
Since filming wrapped six months ago, Keller told TheFIX he has been “on and off” with Nicole.
“She’s the one that I want. I feel like we are meant to be together, but I don’t know if now is the right time,” he told the website.
While Nicole says she’s enjoying her single status. “I’m happily single at the moment. I think that after being on such an amazing rollercoaster, I need to take some time for myself.”

Bella and Michael
Bella and Michael had instant chemistry and didn’t hesitate to drop the L bomb early on in the show.
However doubts were raised over the longevity of their marriage when Bella revealed she didn’t want to live with him after the experiment stopped.
Ultimately, the couple rose above their challenges and said they wanted to embark on the next chapter with full commitment.
“So, it’s been a pretty crazy four weeks. Highs, lows. I think I’ve felt every emotion and feeling with you in the space of that time,” Bella explained.
“I am so in love with you and I 150 per cent want to continue this relationship with you.”
And the feeling was mutual with Michael confessing, “I did have doubts about whether you actually wanted this or were ready for it. But I 150 per cent want to be with you, as well.”
Where are they now?
The show’s pin-up couple have sadly ended things, citing their different lifestyles.
“It just didn’t work out. We have two different lifestyles. But he’s amazing, and I just wish all the best for him and hope that he finds his true love,” Bella told TheFIX.

Monica and Mark
This pair have always thrived off having fun together and last night said they want to keep the good times rolling!
“You have to trust the process and, to fully invest in a relationship, you do have to put your feelings on the line,” Monica mused.
While Mark admitted he was pretty close to being in love with his Mrs.
Where are they now?
Sadly, once the cameras stopped rolling Monica and Mark’s relationship turned stale and they broke up.
“Once the experiment finished, we didn’t really have as much in common as we really wanted to have in common,” Mark said.
