He’s gone from bad boy to serious softy in just three years, and now Home And Away heartthrob Dan Ewing, aka Heath Braxton, is set to leave Summer Bay.
The 29-year-old, who plays the second oldest River Boy, will bow out this week in an emotional episode.
Speaking of his final scenes, Dan, who made the announcement he was exiting the popular Aussie drama last December, told TV Week “It’s a really emotional time.”
“The whole Braxton family gathers in the backyard to farewell Heath, Darcy and Harley. It’s especially hard for Heath to watch Darcy say good,” he said.

“I faced a big question,” he added.
“I’m an ambitious person. For me, it was time to take the next step.”
Now living in the U.S, Dan who is expecting his first child with wife Marni in December, is focussing on making a career in Hollywood.
