But these shots, which you can check out in the latest Woman’s Day, on stands now, of an elated Heather getting ready for what appears to be her big day suggest hunky fitness trainer Sam, 34, may have secretly presented her with something far more special than a white rose.
Heather admitted, “I’ve been really lucky! I feel really lucky he’s turned out to be that man.”
