We are hugely proud of Guy Sebastian who has placed fifth in the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest!
The hugely-talented Aussie representative received an amazing 196 points and while scooping a top-three placing from fellow entrants (either 12, 10 or eight votes) from Austria, Denmark, Hungary, Iceland, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, San Marino, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
The winner of the 60th Annual European Song Content was the very popular and deserving Sweden entrant, Mans Zelmerlow, with the song Heroes.
“I just want to say we are all heroes no matter who we are and what we believe in we are all heroes,” the proud Swedish winner said on stage.

Guy, who feared coming last, was simply amazing as he performed his new hit Tonight Again, which he casually whipped up, and created in 72 hours especially for the competition.
The 33-year-old performed 12th of the 27 entrants in the grand final, and it was clear the X-Factor judge was well received.
The crowd gave went wild with applause after he sang his heart out with his pop tune.
Eurovision host and connoisseur, Julia Zemiro was especially proud of Guy’s achievement.
“Top five is an incredible result for Australia, considering we come from zero,” she said, speaking backstage after the show. “It’s not as if we have any history in the show.
“With Sweden, it’s a song that had this incredible theatrical background,” she added. “Great song, great staging and you could also dance to it.”
While no word whether this is the last time we’ll have an entrant in the competition, we couldn’t be prouder of our supreme Aussie Idol!
