Athletics is such a broad category in sport, and it encapsulates nearly 50 events at the Olympic Games.

As a nation we’ve seen some incredible success in athletics at Olympic level over the years, with some of the most memorable being Cathy Freeman‘s win in the 400m at Sydney 2000, and Sally Pearson‘s gold medal in the 100m hurdles at London 2012.

Out of the 75 Olympians set to represent Australia in 2024, 41 are women and 34 are men, and they’ll participate in 39 of the possible 48 athletics events at the games.

Below, we list everyone who will be donning the green and gold at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games in our second largest athletics team ever.
