Queen Elizabeth’s granddaughter has spoken about her family’s fun way of celebrating the end of year festivities.
Zara, who can’t wait to be reunited with her loved ones, spilled to Country Living about what Christmas looks like for the royals.
“Having all the generations of my family together at Christmas is my favourite part of the season,” the mum-of-one told the publication.
“It’s a time of year that is about being with people you love, great food and loads of games to play.”
The royals have maintained the same traditions for decades.

And we have no doubt that Zara and Mike Tindall’s daughter, Mia, will love playing with the family.
In fact the couple’s only child will celebrate her third birthday in January, and she’s beginning to understand and remember the holidays.
“Christmas takes on a new magic when you have children,” the acclaimed equestrian said.
“Mia will share this Christmas with lots of her cousins, some very close in age to her, and I think this year will be the one when she really starts to understand it all.”
Little Mia, who turns three next year, will have a blast with her cousins.

The next generation of royals, that will join little Mia include Prince William and Duchess Catherine’s two kids, three-year-old Prince George and his little sister, one-year-old Princess Charlotte, along with Zara’s brother Peter Phillip’s kids, Isla, four, and her big sister Savannah, who’ll celebrate her sixth birthday four days after Christmas.
A day filled with tradition, the royals will kick off their day bright and early with a family breakfast before attending the private 9am Christmas Day service at St Mary Magdalene Church, which is located close to the monarch’s Sandringham Estate.
The Queen and her loved ones then attend a public 11am service, giving many well-wishers the chance to chat to the royals, who are known to greet them before heading back to their Scottish estate to spend some quality private family time.
