Bon Jovi’s brand-new documentary series has finally hit our screens

Bon Jovi fans are being treated to an intimate look behind the scenes of one of the biggest bands in the world.

Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story follows the band and its lead singer Jon Bon Jovi as they try to navigate their uncertain future.

The four-part documentary series showcases the raw moments of Jon Bon Jovi’s vocal injury that threatens to impact the future of the band.

Since their foundation in 1983, Bon Jovi has created a 40-year legacy of rock and roll, and Thank You, Goodnight highlights the story of this once-in-a-lifetime talent.

Not only does the docuseries follow the highs and successes of the band, but the audience is also given a glimpse into Jon Bon Jovi’s most vulnerable moments while he’s still living them.

“Forty years of personal videos, unreleased early demos, original lyrics and never-before-seen photos that chronicle the journey from Jersey Shore clubs to the biggest stages on the planet. The series relives the triumphs and setbacks, greatest hits, biggest disappointments and most public moments of friction,” reads the Disney+ description.

Thank You, Goodnight also features interviews with all of the group’s original members, including Richie Sambora, who left the band in 2013.

Bon Jovi have also previously released other documentaries and concert films.

Bon Jovi: When We Were Beautiful was released in 2009 and is a feature-length documentary created to mark the band’s 25th anniversary.

Additionally, Bon Jovi: No End in Sight is a concert film from 2022.

When We Were Beautiful and No End in Sight are both available to watch on Apple TV+.
