Horror fans rejoiced when Netflix announced a new series would be premiering in spooky month, we mean, “October”.
The Haunting of Hill House boasts an all-star cast in this re-imagining of Shirley Jackson’s classic novel of the same name. And the show is certainly living up to the hype!
The series follows the Crain family, who moved in to an old (haunted) mansion in the summer of 1992. It jumps between the paranormal occurrences and experience of that time, and the current day repercussions.
The incredible cast includes Michiel Huisman (Game of Thrones), Carla Gugino (San Andreas), Elizabeth Reaser (Twilight), Kate Siegel (Hush), Henry Thomas (E.T.), Victoria Pedretti (Sole) and Oliver Jackson-Cohen (The Secret River).
The show has quickly won a legion of fans, with its as-creepy-as-promised series debut being the talk of the town on social media.

HAUNTING OF HILL HOUSE: Genuinely scary and creepy (a few jumpscares made me yell out loud), but it’s the attention to character, the drama that unfolds within this family, that makes this show truly special. Great performances, stunning direction. Tearjerker. Don’t miss it
