Two new Warner Bros Television series have been picked up, alongside the renewal of Warner Bros series The Originals and iZombie.

The renewal of The Originals comes at an exciting time for fans of The Vampire Diaries, which ended earlier this year. While fans can expect more drama from Klaus (Joseph Morgan), Elijah (Daniel Gilles) and Rebekah (Claire Holt) – there’s hope that members of The Vampire Diaries cast will appear in the sister show’s upcoming season.

At this stage, according to TV Line, the only character confirmed to appear on season four of The Originals is Alaric Saltzman (Matt Davis), but we’re hoping he won’t be the only one…

The quirky comedy iZombie has also been given the go ahead for a fourth season. Our favourite morgue assistant-turned-zombie-turned-crime-solver Liv Moore (Rose McIver) is back! The series is currently available for streaming on Stan Australia.
