Last week, The Bachelor’s Elora Murger admitted she has a secret crush on Luke McLeod. So when TV WEEK recently caught up with the hunky 33-year-old, we couldn’t resist asking him about a potential romance.
“She seems like a very lovely girl,” Luke revealed after The Bachelorette.
Sophie Monk sent him packing.
“I’ve never actually met her but from what I’ve read about her, she seems nice. That’s all I can really say right now.”
Luke’s comments come after Elora revealed she’d love for the George Clooney look-a-like to join her on Bachelor in Paradise should she land a spot on the Network Ten’s controversial new show.
“I think Luke and I would be a great match,” the 27-year-old said.
“We seem to share similar perspectives on life.”
Speaking about his time in The Bachelorette mansion, Luke says while he did like Sophie, he wasn’t smitten like some of the other lads (We’re looking at you Jarrod).
“Jarrod is a nice guy,” Luke explains.
“But he is so different to me. He is very forward whereas I just sit back and don’t like getting in people’s faces.”
As to whether or not the vineyard manager will win Sophie’s heart, Luke is quick to give his thoughts.
“I don’t think so,” he laughs.
“If Sophie is serious about finding a down-to-earth guy then my gut feeling tells me it won’t be Jarrod.
So what about intruder Stu Laundy?
“I think there’s definitely chemistry between,” Luke says, adding he thinks the hotel heir will be the last man standing.
“I don’t know for certain, but I think he has a better chance over Jarrod.”
