Natalie provided plenty of comic relief on this season of The Bachelor Australia. And considering the level of tension in the Bachie Mansion, we’ve been enjoying her crazy antics.
Last night, however, Natalie didn’t receive a rose. But, it didn’t come as a big surprise to the 26-year-old midwife.
“I kind of thought it might be my time to go as I hadn’t had a one-on-one date, and much one-on-one time with him at the cocktail parties,” she tells TV WEEK.
“The times we did chat, we got along really well, but we’re probably better as friends.”
Natalie confirms that she has no hard feelings towards Matty.
“I think he’s a really good guy and I hope he has a very happy future with the lady he chooses,” she says.
When it comes to that lucky lady, Natalie believes Lisa could be the top pick.
“She’s [Lisa] so great, down-to-earth and a really genuine person. I think they would be a great fit.”
While she didn’t get her happily-ever-after, Natalie has no regrets about her time on the show.
“The best thing I took away from it was that I formed some really great friendships,” she explains. “And knowing that I can put myself out there, and cop all of the criticism that comes with that.
“I am also really proud of the fact that I was 100% myself throughout the whole experience.”
We’ll miss you, Natalie! And best of luck finding the man of your dreams – we’re sure he’s out there!
