In fact, the 25-year-old tells TV WEEK she would love to be the next Bachelorette.

“I’m still very much open to meeting someone – that’s the whole reason why I went on the show,” Simone says.

“I don’t think they’d ever ask me to do the Bachelorette but that would be a great way to fall in love and I would definitely do it.”

The blonde beauty would also be open to a stint on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.

“I really love being in front of the camera and getting out of my comfort zone,” Simone reveals.

“I think I’m A Celebrity would be a lot of fun. Better than Survivor because I wouldn’t last a week there.”

Of her time in the Bachelor mansion, Simone admits she’s still angry at Matty J and claims the 30-year-old never gave her a fair go.

“I was really disappointed that I never got a one-on-one date. It was actually quite horrible,” Simone says.

When asked whether Matty ever gave her an explanation as to why he never chose her for some all-important quality time, Simone is quick to respond.

“No, he never said anything to me,” she says.

“I’m pretty angry about it to be honest.”

Despite saying she was “completely over the whole thing,” Simone admits there’s no way she would have walked out without being sent home.

“I thought about it but then I would have just been quitting and I’m not a quitter.”

And of the ladies left standing, Simone says she initially thought Laura and Matty had a good connection however as the weeks have rolled out, she’s had a change of heart.
