At a recent One Tree Hill fan convention, Chad Michael Murray (Lucas Scott) and James Lafferty (Nathan Scott) mentioned that there could be a reunion on the cards for the show that ran for nine seasons and sadly ended in 2012.
A few weeks later Sophia Bush (Brooke Davis) said it “would be cool” for the cast to come together again, but also that it would be hard for everyone to find the time.
NOOOOO!
While times may have changed now, back in the day the stars were always meeting up off the show, whether it was for wild parties or on-the-DL dates.

The leader of the pack was Hilarie Burton (Peyton Sawyer), who hosted yearly Halloween parties!
“Hilarie would go all out decorating her house,” key costumer Keva Keyes tells the mag, “and everyone came dressed in costume from head to toe.”
And with a cast full of musically gifted stars, the parties often turned into jam sessions, and Hilarie even formed a band with members of the crew at one point!
If there wasn’t a party, the cast and crew would head to bars in Wilmington where the series was filmed, and during later seasons they went to the beach house Sophia shared with boyfriend and co-star Austin Nicols for barbecues.
But Sophia almost wasn’t on the show at all. WHAT?
Yep, casting director Alex Walk tells Life & Style that producers were considering newcomers Megan Fox or Olivia Wilde for lead roles instead.
“They were almost too beautiful, too model-y,” says Alex, who convinced execs to pick Sophia.
“There was just this real quality about her.”
And of course there was Chad and Sophia’s on screen AND off screen love. In 2005 they married, but Sophia left just five months later after Chad allegedly had a fling with Paris Hilton.
“When they first broke up, things were very tense on set,” said Erin. “But they always stayed very professional.”
