Their Married at First Sight wedding went off pretty well considering they’d just met, but there’s one more major hurdle for Michael and Scarlett: he’s a stripper – and she still doesn’t know.
When his occupation came up, Michael, 30, only revealed his day job in the mining industry. How Scarlett reacts when she finds out about his night job remains to be seen – but going into the show, it wasn’t something she would’ve hoped for.
“When you think of your Prince Charming, you think of someone that has a respectable job,” the 28-year-old promo girl tells OK!.
“You don’t go ‘Yes, I want someone to strip naked for hundreds of girls every weekend.’ That’s not really husband material.”

And it’s worse for a man of Michael’s age. “At 30 or over, if you want to settle down and have kids… It’s tacky,” Scarlett adds.
Her greatest concern is all the female attention a stripper hubby would get. “If I’m in a relationship, I want that person to be my person,” Scarlett tells. “The fact that he’s with all these other women doesn’t make him special to me anymore.”
She began Married at First Sight vowing to “be open and, no matter what was thrown at me, work through [it]” – but will Michael’s racy role be too much for Scarlett?
