No one is more perfect than the nation’s unofficial queen of the fashion to cast their expert eye over the mere mortals who walk the red carpet.

Fashion Police is an American talkshow that runs on the E! channel and praises or condemns A-list outfits.

The series was made famous by their beloved and highly controversial host, Joan Rivers.

The comedienne, who passed away in 2014 at the age of 81, was notorious for never holding back and originally joined by Giuliana Rancic and Kelly Osbourne.

Bow down, there’s a new queen in town.

Reporter Peter Ford reported on 6PR radio that KAK filmed the Foxtel pilot for Aussie counterpart earlier this week.

While the 63-year-old would be a natural fit on the reality TV throne, Peter revealed a slew of Aussie stars have also tried their hand at the show.

John would be so happy for his wife.

“Jackie O, Sophie Monk, Sydney Morning Herald’s Andrew Hornery, and fashion blogger Patti Huntington all participated in pilots this week,” he claimed.

“Previously-reported names Joel Creasey, News Corp’s Melissa Hoyer and Next Top Model‘s Alex Perry were also filming.”

Peter expressed that Joel was “born for this job.”

A return to the small screen is just what the doctor ordered for the beloved Aussie personality.

Kerri-Anne has had a heart-wrenching past 12 months after her husband John was left paralysed following a horrific fall.

Speaking candidly to Sunday Night last year, she said: “I hate this new life to be quite frank. I hate it. It’s just awful.”

Thankfully, the 76-year-old’s condition has improved immensely and John has even returned to their Sydney home.

No doubt he’d be incredibly proud of his wife’s big new adventure.
