The USA Network has FINALLY released the first poster for season eight of Suits.
The key art shows the ensemble cast of Gabriel Macht (Harvey Specter), Sarah Rafferty (Donna Paulsen) and Rick Hoffman (Louis Litt) sitting at a poker table, where they are joined by recently promoted series regulars Dulé Hill (Alex Williams) and Amanda Schull (Katrina Bennett).
Sitting at the table with the original cast is newcomer Katherine Heigl, who is kind of replacing Meghan Markle on the hit legal drama. You know, because Meghan ran off to marry the Prince of England?
This is the first look at the cast without the newly-appointed Duchess of Sussex and her on-screen partner Patrick J. Adams. Their characters, Rachel and Mike, departed the law firm to move to Seattle in the season seven finale.
The new key art release comes just one week after the network shared the first teaser of Katherine’s character Samantha Wheeler.
Samantha has been described as a ‘powerhouse attorney’ who joins Pearson Specter Litt as a new partner, where she challenges the status quo.
Of her exciting new gig, Katherine says she is ‘incredibly lucky.’
“Joining Suits was the perfect organic way to not only collaborate with an EP I admire deeply, but to also become part of a show and cast that I am an immense fan of,” Katherine says.
“I have watched Suits from the very beginning and feel incredibly lucky to be the newest member of the Pearson Specter Litt family.”
We can’t wait to see what fresh drama Katherine brings to the series.
Suits season eight will air on July 2018 on Universal Channel on Foxtel in Australia, with the previous seasons available to watch on the network. Season one to six are also currently available to stream on Netflix.
