It’s the unlikely Bachelorette Australia plot line that has captivated the nation.
For weeks we have debated at length as to who, or what, could have sabotaged Jarrod Woodgate’s love plant.
And now we finally have a definitive answer!
While fans were quick to speculate that producers may have been responsible for tampering with Jarrod’s pot plant – likening the episode to spoof reality show Unreal but Woman’s Day can exclusively reveal it was booted Bachelor Ryan Jones!
“It was hilarious,” an insider tells us.
“He couldn’t resist winding Jarrod up.”
We can confirm that Ryan was the naughty Bachelor who sabotaged Jarrod’s pot plant.
There’s no denying Jarrod has been one of the breakout stars of this series but the former army man says it’s come at a huge cost.
“I’ve been followed from my house for the last three weeks,” he recently told OK! Magazine.
“They are just trying to find ammo to make me look even creepier than they already think I am.”

It started off as such a well-meaning gesture, but it didn’t take long for things to south.
But Jarrod’s just been shrugging off the haters as best he can. “I’ve just been working hard on the vineyard. Monday to Friday and then hiding in the house on the weekend,” he explains. Avoiding the negative media attention has become his priority.
After such a turbulent ride, the 31-year-old is planning to pen a tell-all book on his crazy Bachelorette Australia experience.
“I don’t usually write journals or diaries, but I did in the house,” Jarrod explained to OK!
“I think I’m going to have to get my sister to go through the wording, the spelling and the abbreviations first, otherwise it won’t be a top-seller.”
