In the latest episode, Kate had to go off on her own and have a cry because she was so tired of arguing with her partner.

The two kept falling out over the charity apartment renovation, because they had different ideas of how to follow judge Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen’s challenging rules.

“I was frustrated by that point because I felt like I’d proved to Harry that I did have a clue,” Kate reveals to TV WEEK.

“I think I’d just had enough by then. I thought, ‘Come on, we’ve come this far, the decisions I’ve made have usually paid off, can you just trust me?’ I think I felt like I should have earnt his trust by then.”

Harry, meanwhile, says giving in to Kate and letting her make the design decisions was “so hard”.

“It was by far the hardest thing,” he admits. “I’m a boss and I love design and I love building stuff, so for me, I would have loved to have it all my way.”

Harry says he wanted to win “so badly”.

“With the rules being so hard and us having two different ideas, it was make or break. If we got this wrong we’d be voted out.”

Kate says the pressure was really on them.

“It wasn’t the week to have a bad week or to not like the rules or for things not to go your way, and it really just felt like things weren’t going our way.
