James Stewart and *Sarah Roberts‘ characters have been developing a relationship on-screen on Home And Away, but now their romance has spilled into real life.
And while rumours have been swirling the last couple of months that the pair had started dating (they were spotted hand-in-hand in Byron Bay over the New Year), the couple have finally confirmed it.
James shared a sweet snap of the two of them to Instagram over the weekend with a love heart emoji.
The pair were in Melbourne on Friday to meet Home And Away fans for the show’s 30th anniversary. It was also their “first time out together,” James told The Herald Sun.
“On screen and off screen we are … well I am, really enjoying getting to know each other.
“And we are very special to each other,” James said.
Sarah added: “I did not even have to create any chemistry when I was on screen with Jimmy, it was all just there, it was not a job.”
Sarah joined the cast of Home And Away last year as the feisty Willow Harris. She told TV WEEK, “I haven’t really thought about fame. I’m just enjoying being on set and reading scripts at the moment. No-one knows who I am yet, but we’ll see what happens.”
