Fans of the wizarding world will be THRILLED to know that the Hogwarts Express is pulling in to Netflix on January 15th 2019, with all eight movies available to stream.
In case you’re not a geeky Harry Potter super-fan who has taken the quiz to find what house you would be in – don’t mean to brag, but I’m a Gryffindor – here’s a refresher on all the titles that will be available:
Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2
If you were wondering, Google claims that the combined run-time of all the Harry Potter movies is 1179 minutes, or, 19.65 hours. Just saying.
The big Harry Potter announcement only adds to the excitement for Netflix users, who are already being treated to a major drop of content in January 2019.
Netflix Original Series including Grace and Frankie, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and Friends From College will all be returning with new seasons.
The ground-breaking comedy event series COMEDIANS of the world will be landing on New Year’s Day, with home-grown acts including Joel Creasey, Nazeem Hussain and honourary Aussie Urzila Carlson.
Plus, some of your other favourite movies such as Pitch Perfect, Ghostbusters, Cast Away, Game Night, Babe and Trolls will also be landing on Netflix in January.
At least we know we’ll be starting off 2019 on the right foot!
