“I’m super-pumped to be performing at the TV WEEK Logies,” Andy says. “Australia is genuinely one of my favourite places to visit.”

By the sounds of things, the crème de la crème of Australian TV will be treated to quite the performance of his current single and global smash “Fresh Eyes”, which reached number 27 on Spotify’s Global Chart.

“We’re going to go pretty big with the performance,” he says. “We’re working on the creative now. ‘Fresh Eyes’ is a chill song, so I won’t be diving all over the stage, but people will enjoy it. I’m excited!”

With the TV WEEK Logie Awards being Australian television’s night of nights, the singer has been brushing up on his local television knowledge. He already has a favourite – the acclaimed supernatural series Glitch.

“I’ve recently gotten into Glitch,” he says. “I’ve watched it and I want more! It’s wonderful to watch. I want to meet the cast and cosy up to them at the Logies.”

Andy’s debut album featured the platinum singles “Keep Your Head Up” and “Fine By Me”. His second album, Magazines Or Novels, featured the triple-platinum infectious smash hit “Honey, I’m Good”, which was one of the best-selling songs of 2015, and the certified gold anthem “Good to be Alive (Hallelujah).”

Catch Andy’s performance at Crown Entertainment Complex’s Palladium Room in Melbourne, as well as all the action from the TV WEEK Logie Awards, on the Nine Network from 7pm on Sunday, April 23. For more from Andy, head to his website at: www.andygrammer.com
