The parents-of-two headed to the Great Bear Rainforest, where they were met with roaring crowds of fans and the Heiltsuk First Nations community.
“We have sat here patiently awaiting your arrival your Royal Highnesses. You have graced us with your presence,” Hereditary Chief Jim White remarked as he greeted the duo.
Yesterday, Duchess Catherine opted for a high-fashion ensemble in an Alexander McQueen dress but on Monday, the mother-of-two kept things casual.

The royal couple both sported casual looks for day three.
Dressed appropriately for the wet weather and outdoors, the 34-year-old wore a stylish cream trench-coat from Holland and Holland, slim-fit black jeans from Zara and her beloved Penelope Chilvers £475 knee-high boots which she has had for 12 years.
She topped off her outfit with a pair of gold statement earring by Canadian designer, Pippa Small.

Prince William followed Catherine’s lead and kept things practical yet stylish in a navy jumper and mustard trousers.
Upon arrival the Cambridges were greeted by the Heiltsuk people, who are the historic owners of the land. The community then put on a vibrant traditional welcome dance for the couple, who watched on with excitement.
In a beautiful touch, William and Catherine were also shown the First Nation’s most treasured relic – a Royal staff with a silver finishing which was given to the community from Queen Victoria.
Due to the extreme weather, there were doubts as to whether the visit could still go ahead however the royal tour team tweaked the day’s activities slightly and the couple arrived via boat instead of plane.
“It is still a beautiful place in the rain and everyone is prepared to get wet,” a spokesman for Prince William and Duchess Catherine explained.
The day three itinerary includes a youth performance at the local community centre, several speeches discussing the Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy (QCC) initiative which protects the sprawling rainforest and a walking trail through the stunning forests.
Kate has owned her trusty knee-high boots for 12 years.
The Duchess wore them during the royal tour to India earlier in the year.

Giving a speech about the QCC, William said: “Ladies and Gentlemen, it gives me great pleasure to be here today as the Great Bear Rainforest is officially committed to the Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy.”
“I would like to thank the Heiltsuk First Nation community for so welcoming us to their home. Her Majesty has asked me to convey her sincere thanks to the Government of British Columbia, and the Federal Government of Canada for nominating your innovative Ecosystem-Based Management programme in Great Bear to be part of The Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy network.”
Prince George and Princess Charlotte are again back at Government House with their nanny.
The couple will then fly back to Victoria, where their children are based, and cap off the evening with a reception at Government House.
