''I am so proud of our united loving family.''

Sarah Ferguson may no longer be an official member of the British royal family, but she remains devoted to her ex-husband Prince Andrew and their daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.

The Duchess of York took to Instagram to share a never-before-seen snap of the family-of-four in honour of International Family Day.

Since stepping back from his royal duties in November due to his relationship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, Prince Andrew has mostly remained out of the media spotlight.

However, the Duke of York has received much public support from his ex-wife, who posted a lengthy post on social media defending him and spoke to Vogue Arabia about the scandal as well.

“He is the best man I know. It’s just incredible what he has done for Britain, and it’s all nonsense, so I talk about familyhood, and I’m very strong about it,” she told the fashion publication.

Despite keeping a low profile, Prince Andrew has been helping those in need during the coronavirus pandemic.

In April, Fergie’s assistant Antonia Marshall shared a series of photos of the Duke and Duchess of York assembling care packages for nonprofit organisation Thames Hospice to support Britian’s National Health Service.

“@sarahferguson15 and @hrhthedukeofyork packing all the care packages for @thameshospice in Windsor today. The York Family are a wonderful and steadfast unit and through this crisis, are continuously helping others. So proud of them all… @princesseugenie #beatrice @florislondon @kikas_cupcakes #coronavirus #teamwork #yorkfamily #windsor #donations @nhsengland @nhsenglandldn,” she captioned the post.

The Duchess of York has also been keeping busy in isolation with the launch of her new YouTube channel and initiative Storytime with Fergie and Friends.

As an author of several children’s books herself, Fergie is hosting daily readings of her own, and other children’s books on her YouTube and Facebook channels.

“I’ll be reading both my own stories and others and asking friends to join in. It’s all free and just for fun. There will be a new story posted every weekday at 4pm and a longer storytime on Saturdays,” she wrote on Instagram.

“I so hope you enjoy them and they give some of you something new to do during this difficult time for everyone.”
