Everybody needs a little positive affirmation and good vibes sent their way every now and then.

Home And Away star Sam Frost may have just been sent enough to cover off all of 2020, and considering the year it’s been, that’s certainly saying something.

The 31-year-old actress took to Instagram to reveal her six-year-old niece had literally sent her positive affirmations.

And they are ADORABLE.

Sam showed fans as she opened the sweet letter.

“Little present arrived in the post,” Sam captioned her video, opening the letter.

“Two drawings and handmade affirmation cards.”

She went on to say: “She is the kindest, most precious soul”.

These are too sweet.

The cards, adorned with glitter, had various positive statements such as “You are loved”, “You are kind” and “You are free”.

The beautiful gift is perfectly keeping with Sam’s new outlook on life, after she recently opened up to TV WEEK about her change in attitude.

“My mantra for 2020 is: own your space; own your body,” she said.

Sam recently appeared on All New Monty.

Sam recently took to Instagram to share a similar sentiment, revealing she had embraced being “31, single and fabulous”.

“I feel like there has been a shift in me this year. I’m not sure whether it’s because I am single again, or if it’s because I’m in my 30’s and I am tired of having to apologise for who I am. Maybe it’s because 2020 has been a real jerk of a year? I don’t know why, all I know … I have changed,” Sam explained.

“I have spent my entire life constantly beating myself up. My self-worth has had an ugly and brutal battle through my teens and twenties. Never feeling like I’m good enough, smart enough, pretty enough … blah blah blah. The self destructive tape would play over and over, which quite literally nearly killed me.

“Here I am, 31 single and fabulous. That’s how I describe myself these days.”
