There is no question – Crown Princess Mary of Denmark is officially our fashion queen, and her latest dazzling display proves it.

While on a trip to Ethiopia, the Tasmanian turned Danish royal has been making waves with female entrepreneurs and decision-makers in a bid to promote gender equality in the African country.

And while there’s no denying Mary is an inspiration to many when it comes to female empowerment, she also proved she’s a fashion force to be reckoned with after donning some stunning looks over the course of her two-day trip.

In an evening ensemble that’s captured the attention of fashion and royal fans alike, Mary stepped out in a stunning red printed silk skirt that we can’t take our eyes off.

She matched the skirt with a beautiful satin blouse and tan bag and heels.

Leaving her brunette locks out and wearing a stunning set of drop earrings, the Princess looked, quite frankly, stunning.

Earlier in the day, Mary stepped out in another stunning printed Max Mara skirt – this time in black and white – along with a bright green shirt and a Ralph Lauren satchel bag.

The chic daytime look was perfect for her meeting with the Danish development minister Ulla Tørnæs.

Princess Mary has been keeping very busy of late – she recently visited Texas in a brief trip that was oozing with chic style choices from the royal.

In fact, the royal well and truly proved she could give Duchesses Catherine and Meghan a run for their money as the ultimate Queen of Chic after wearing six different stunning outfits over her three-day visit.

A clear standout from the United States trip was a stunning blue gown worn to a Gala Dinner at the Museum of Fine Arts.

Mary’s trip to Ethiopia isn’t her first in promoting women’s rights. She attended a United Nations round-table in Copenhagen for International Women’s Day in March.

And earlier in the year, she announced her non-profit organisation the Mary Foundation would be donating $50,000 to a women’s crisis centre in Afghanistan.

In 2015, Mary visited Ethiopia where she later said she was “shaken” by the harrowing stories of women there.

An inspiration to many, we can’t wait to see more of Mary’s empowering work (and incredible outfits to boot).
