The Express reports that the Queen’s Sandringham estate made the formal complaint, claiming that a plane flew illegally low over Anmer Hall.
It’s believed there have been two incidents in the past few weeks where planes have flown below the permitted height of 500ft to take photographs of the 10-bedroom property. The photographer and pilot have denied any wrongdoing, according to the Express.
Prince William and his wife have spent about £1.5 million refurbishing the home.
The royal couple, who already have a 20-room apartment in Kensington Palace, are expected to spend more time in the country home after renovations are complete.
